Whole Beef Shares give our customers the greatest value and the most options on customizing their order compared with quarter or half beef shares. You have complete flexibility on options like choosing the thickness of your steaks, what roasts you want and what size, what cuts you want, or which you want ground into burger packages. You are contacted directly by our processor, who walks you through all your options for processing your order to best “meat” your needs. Whole Beef Share customers can also add offals (heart, tongue, liver, and oxtail) to your share. Offals are not included in the hanging weight, but can be included with your share at no additional charge! Soup/broth bones and kidney fat can be included as well. Hanging weights typically range from 600-800lbs, but can be a bit bigger or smaller, depending on the animal. The finished package weight will depend on your cutting instructions. For example, requesting all the roasts to be ground for burger or asking for all cuts to be boneless, will result in a smaller finished weight due to more trim and bone loss. If using our processors standard cutting instructions, you can expect to receive approximately 65-68% of the hanging weight as packaged weight.

- A nonrefundable $400 deposit is required to reserve a Whole Beef Share. (Deposits are credited toward your final balance due.)
