At All Natural Meats, we believe that family farms are an important part of our food system and must be preserved. By providing safe and nutritious locally grown food, we hope to have a positive impact on our community and the environment. When you buy from a local farmer, you are provided with peace of mind, knowing exactly where your food came from and how it was produced. No questions go unanswered.  Meeting your local farmer and seeing first-hand how the food on your table is produced is true quality assurance.

Our beef is from 100% grass-fed and grass-finished cattle that are never given growth hormones or fed grains, antibiotics, gmo feeds, or animal by-products.   The pastures they graze provide a wide selection of forage, giving a broad spectrum of nutrients throughout our growing season.  The cattle in our beef program are on Pacific Northwest pastures year-round, allowing them to grow naturally, at their own pace, in a natural environment that is familiar and as stress free as possible. Returning to the simple, more natural way of raising cattle results in meat that tastes like it should, just like our families enjoyed generations ago.

During the winter when grasses are dormant, the cattle are still free to roam pastures, while being provided with sweet smelling, moist grass silage and hay that we and other farms we work with grow and harvest. Cows are designed to process fresh forages like grass and legumes. Our cattle without a doubt feel better, grow at a slower, more natural rate, resulting in a more flavorful, healthy, and tender meat than animals finished quickly on diets heavy in grains and by-products. Our 100% grass-fed beef proves that delicious can also be healthy! When compared to grain-fed beef, grass-fed beef has less fat, more critical omega-3 fatty acids, and more CLA- a powerful nutrient that studies link to weight loss and cancer prevention.

We believe that healthy, nutrient rich food is the result of caring for not only the animals but for the land that sustains them, starting with the soil. We pride ourselves on our sustainable farming practices. Utilizing carefully planned crop rotations as well as planting winter cover crops helps us continue to build and improve our soils while growing and harvesting crops. The proof of our farming and animal husbandry practices is shown in the superior taste and quality of our beef.
