Whole Beef Shares

Whole Beef Shares give our customers the greatest value and the most options on customizing their order compared with quarter or half beef shares. You have complete flexibility on options like choosing the thickness of your steaks, what roasts you want and what size, what cuts you want, or which you want ground into burger packages.  

You are contacted directly by our processor, who walks you through all your options for processing your order to best “meat” your needs. Whole Beef Share customers can also add offals (heart, tongue, liver, and oxtail) to your share. Offals are not included in the hanging weight, but can be included with your share at no additional charge! Soup/broth bones and kidney fat can be included as well. Hanging weights typically range from 600-800lbs, but can be a bit bigger or smaller, depending on the animal. The finished package weight will depend on your cutting instructions. For example, requesting all the roasts to be ground for burger or asking for all cuts to be boneless, will result in a smaller finished weight due to more trim and bone loss. If using our processors standard cutting instructions, you can expect to receive approximately 60-65% of the hanging weight as packaged weight.

Half Beef Shares

Half Beef Shares give our customers a greater value and even more options on customizing their order than with quarter beef shares. You have more flexibility on options like choosing the thickness of your steaks, what roasts you want and what size, what cuts you want, or which you want ground into burger packages.

Half Beef Share customers can also add offals (heart, tongue, liver, and oxtail) to your share. Quarter Beef Shares

Our Quarter Beef Share includes the same cuts as an Eighth Share, plus a few extras! You also have the option to make some customizations to your cutting and packaging instructions! Our processor contacts you directly and walks you through the process of customizing your instructions.

Quarter Beef Shares are a great value, giving you all the beef standards like steaks, roasts and great burger, while also giving you some flexibility on your options. With Quarter Shares, you can also add offals (heart, tongue, liver, and oxtail) to your share. Offals are not included in the hanging weight, but can be included with your share at no additional charge! Soup/broth bones and kidney fat can be included as well. Hanging weights typically range from 150-200lbs for quarters, but can be a bit bigger or smaller, depending on the animal. The finished package weight will depend on your cutting instructions. Eighth Beef Shares

Our Eighth Beef Share is a great option for those wanting to try our beef before committing to a larger share, or for those who have limited freezer space. It includes all the typical cuts, like steaks and roasts, and plenty of ground beef.

Each cut will be labeled and individually vacuum packaged. Pricing is based on the hanging weight with the average hanging weight being 75-95 pounds.  An eighth share typically yields about 40-60 pounds of packaged beef. This can include ~2-3 T-bones, ~2-3 Rib Steaks, ~1-2 Sirloin Steaks, ~2 sirloin tip steaks, 1-2 roasts, ~3 round steaks, ~1lb of short ribs, ~1lb of Kabob cuts, ~1lb of soup bones, and around 20 lbs of ground beef in one pound packages.  

  • Eighth Beef Shares are $6.45/lb, based on the hanging weight, which includes all cutting and vacuum packaging fees. Average total cost is $450-$600.

Sixteenth Beef Shares

Our Sixteenth Beef Share is a great option for those wanting to try our beef before committing to a larger share, have limited freezer space or are a single member household. It includes all the typical cuts, like steaks and roasts, and plenty of ground beef.

Each cut will be labeled and individually vacuum packaged. Pricing is based on the hanging weight with the average hanging weight being 40-50 pounds.  An sixteenth share typically yields about 20-30 pounds of packaged beef. This can include T-bones, Rib Steaks, Sirloin Steaks, roasts, round steaks, short ribs, kabob cuts, soup bones, and around 10 lbs of ground beef in one pound packages.

Single Source Ground Beef

Our ground beef is made by harvesting one whole beef and having the entire beef deboned by hand. All of the premium cuts are included in the process to create a juicy, flavorful, lean ground beef, far better than any we’ve found in the grocery store. The ground beef is vacuum packaged in one pound packages.
